Confirmation of Booking

Once we have received your completed booking form and payment your booking will be confirmed by email. The security deposit will be refunded after departure if no damages were incurred. For bookings made closer to arrival date the full amount is due day of booking.

Changes to your Booking

Should you require to change your booking please advise us immediately so that we can attempt to accommodate your request. Any changes will be confirmed to you in writing. We anticipate that many guests will have travel insurance, however, please note our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is paid on booking. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If, during your stay, you shorten the length of your booked holiday, there will be no refund.

Payment

Bank wire transfer is our method of payment.

Maximum number of guests

The property is set up for a maximum number of 9 guests in the house.

Arrival and Departure times

Your accommodation will be available by 3:00 pm day of arrival and departure time is 10:00 am the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made which will be dependent on other bookings. We will arrange to meet you at the property on your arrival unless other arrangements are made.

Linen

Linen and towels are provided. For longer stay guests, bed linen is changed once per week. Please use the beach towels provided (BLUE TOWELS) for all outdoor and beach use. Please use the outdoor hose to rinse feet of sand prior to entering the house.

Pets, Tents and Smoking

Neither tents nor pets are permitted at Blue Oasis. This is also a NON SMOKING property.

Cleaning

We anticipate that you will leave the property in the condition you found it on arrival. Cleaning services can be provided at an additional cost by prior arrangements. If additional cleaning is required beyond the normal wear and tear we will charge you $35 an hour. Normal and expected cleaning is 4 hours.

Damage or breakage

If there is damage or breakage it will be assessed at cost to repair and/or replace. We will contact you shortly after your departure for payment.

Chef, Massages and Babysitters are available upon request.
